Professionals, students and all public guests will be hosted to many attractions and events at this year's
GIS Day 2007 Conference and College Fair including this year's featured attraction, the
"Travel, Tourism, and Recreation Cartographic Exhibition" . This exhibition features a grand
collection of over one hundred and fifty professional high quality maps portraying spectacular, full
color, global, regional and local cartographic views or popular and exotic travel destinations from all around
the world. Featured products on exhibit at this exhibit indclude fantasticly detailed United States National
Park Maps, Wonders of the World Maps, Historic Travel Maps, State and Country Maps, Road Maps, City Maps,
Vacation Maps and Recreation Maps.
Other features and events occurring at this year's conference include an extensive modern cartographic
exhibition, a Geo-Spatial Science college fair, a professional Geo-Science vendor hall, and hands on,
state-of-the-art GIS and Remote Sensing laboratory tours. This year's GIS Day
Modern Cartographic Exhibition will feature dozens of maps and posters from presenters
from all around the state from many sectors of the Geo-Spatial Science community including urban planning,
resource management, emergency management, education, science, government, and industry. This year's
GIS Day Geo-Spatial Science College Fair will feature representatives from
many regional Geo-Spatial Science undergraduate, graduate degree and certificate programs. All guests will
also be hosted to a professional hardware, software and geographic products Vendor Hall
featuring leading companies and organizations in the Geo-Science industry.
